Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site Fleet Operations Support role in Mickleton, NJ. You will handle clerical tasks, inventory control, and coordination of vehicle movements to keep Budget Truck operations efficient and ready for customers.

The role requires a driver’s license, basic automotive knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-the-job training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in office clerical work or automotive operations.
• Valid Driver's License (Class A, B, or C) and ability to obtain DOT medical clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and operational support to fleet maintenance and rental operations.
• Manage inventory, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain fleet records.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and support vendor and supply accounts.
• Drive Budget Truck on public roads as needed to support fleet needs.
