Qualifications

• 3 years of Customer Service experience with a Positive and Flexible Attitude.
• 5 years of Automotive Repair experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle service appointments and maintenance timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for County departments regarding vehicle service needs.
• Accurately document customer concerns and repair requests using fleet management software.
• Prepare and review repair estimates; obtain approvals from County Departments.
• Track vehicle repairs and communicate progress, delays, and timelines.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Meet with Team Lead to review workflow and repair priorities.
• Coordinate repair assignments with Team Lead capacity and priorities.
• Ensure documentation and administrative support for repairs.
