Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Katy, TX seeks a Fleet Coordinator to support day-to-day administration, coordination, and maintenance of the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment. You will work with field leadership, operations, safety, HR, accounting, vendors, and employees to optimize vehicle assignments, maintenance, and fleet records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in fleet coordination, fleet administration, transportation, logistics, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple vehicles and requests.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations including vehicle assignments, scheduling, and utilization.
• Maintain records for vehicles—registration, inspections, insurance, mileage, maintenance, repair history.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, routine servicing, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with mechanics, dealerships, towing companies, rental agencies, and other fleet service vendors.
• Prepare fleet reports and performance metrics for management.
