Job summary

M Wright Services, LLC in Oklahoma City is seeking a Fleet Manager to lead the safe, efficient operation of our trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment supporting oilfield projects.

You will direct shop staff, manage PMs, oversee regulatory compliance and driver qualification files, and partner with safety and operations to keep assets road-ready and audit-ready.

This role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years fleet management, and a strong track record in FMCSA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of fleet management experience, including 3+ years of DOT/FMCSA compliance responsibility.
• Strong working knowledge of FMCSRs (49 CFR Parts 40, 382-396).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day fleet operations, including trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Coordinate repairs with in-house mechanics and external vendors.
• Manage fleet budget, cost-per-mile, and procurement decisions.
• Maintain DOT compliance programs and driver qualification files.
• Lead safety initiatives and report fleet performance to leadership.
