Ecowaste Solutions in Springdale, AR is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee our primary and secondary equipment. You will ensure safe, reliable vehicles meet operational needs and manage maintenance scheduling.

The role requires a CDL A, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and at least three years of supervisory experience. You will lead a team, control costs, drive safety standards, and coordinate with regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with three years of relevant work experience.
• Three years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• CDL A license required.
• Expertise in diesel vehicles, equipment and safety.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage full fleet and maintenance activities to meet profitability goals.
• Ensure safe and reliable vehicles are available to meet operations.
• Oversee vehicle utilization and asset management.
• Lead maintenance shops, train and develop staff.
• Ensure compliance with CARDS standards and regulations.
• Participate in budget processes and financial reviews.
• Monitor repairs and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
