Utility Supply & Construction Company is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join our growing team. The role focuses on organizing workload, managing fuel programs, and ensuring accurate costing and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in fleet compliance, construction environment or related role.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, decision making, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, email, and telephone skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate workload.
• Plan, prioritize, and timely execution of work.
• Operate fleet software systems.
• Manage day-to-day fuel program: systems, bulk fuel, fuel cards, and costs.
• Manage IFTA, state fuel taxes reporting, and tax credits.
• Manage day-to-day functions with telematics and GPS system.
• Responsible for invoice approvals to capture equipment and job costs.
• Ensure availability to respond to storm or emergency work as needed.
• Work in a team environment with internal groups and vendors.
• Strong Excel usage for data analysis.
