SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator in Phoenix to manage daily fleet operations, repairs, and work orders. You’ll prepare vehicles for rental and disposal, coordinate with dealerships and body shops, and monitor shifts to meet demand. This role emphasizes data-driven insights to optimize performance and requires flexibility to work 40 hours weekly with some travel.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data-driven insights to improve fleet operations.
• Ability to manage fleet inventory, repairs, work orders, and documentation.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including day/evening shifts; travel 5–10%.
• Willing to wear company uniform; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks and vehicle availability; coordinate with dealerships and body shops for repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental; add documentation, decals, and tags; ensure inventory system entry.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, and coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shift activities: vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand planning.
