Job summary

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mobility Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to ensure daily vehicle readiness and smooth shift operations. You’ll manage inspections, inventory, and documentation so drivers begin shifts with safe, clean, and ready vehicles.

This fast-paced, hands-on role requires organization, strong communication, and problem-solving skills, with a starting hourly wage of $19 plus quarterly incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass background check, MVR review, and fingerprinting.
• Strong commitment to safety, organization and operational excellence.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and verify pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections for safety and compliance.
• Assign vehicles to drivers based on availability and needs.
• Prepare key tags and documentation so drivers start shifts without delay.
• Monitor vehicle status to support smooth shift transitions and minimize downtime.
• Report vehicle issues or failures to the Mobility Dispatch Supervisor for resolution.
