Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

The purpose of a FleetLeader is to provide efficient and effective management of a fleet of drivers, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations. The role involves ensuring the drivers are appropriately trained and qualified, providing support and guidance to ensure they are working safely and efficiently, and to ensure the fleet meets its operational objective.

KEY KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in a deadline driven environment preferred
• Experience in McLeod a plus
• Strong understanding of commercial vehicle regulations and safety standards
