Job summary

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mobility Dispatch Supervisor to oversee drivers and the Mobility Coordinator team for fleet mobility services. You will lead daily operations and ensure adherence to policies, while managing key performance metrics in attendance, safety, and customer service.

This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive hourly compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team and coaching staff.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily office activities (fleet, utilization, schedules, etc).
• Oversee location operations, vehicle assignment and maintenance coordination.
• Coach Mobility Support Specialist and Drivers on key metrics.
• Lead workforce management: hires, training, safety courses, shift planning.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address vehicle issues.
• Oversee cleaning/preparation of the vehicle fleet and communicate with aLocation manager.
