Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• TWIC credential required.
• DMV report with limited violations and no DUI/reckless driving.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• 7+ years in automotive industry.
• Master Technician Certification or equivalent.
• Four ASE certifications minimum.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to train and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in daily operations of the Vehicle Maintenance.
• Supervise vehicle maintenance employees.
• Coordinate workloads and monitor timeliness of work.
• Provide training to employees as needed.
• Review work orders and discuss with management.
• Maintain logs of daily operation output.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean, hazard-free environment.
• Inspect products, services or processes for quality.
• Communicate with coordinators and customers on repair needs.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing, including overtime when required.
