You will coordinate and audit vehicle maintenance, lead diesel technicians, and drive customer satisfaction on 2nd shift. 3+ years in fleet maintenance management or 3 years in team leadership with strong metrics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• 3+ years of team management in a metrics-driven environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proficient with computers including MS Office and web apps.
• Follow DOT, OSHA and Penske safety policies.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the district

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers' needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Other duties as required by supervisor.
