Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Augusta, GA for the 2nd shift. You will lead diesel technicians, coordinate maintenance, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and reliability of tractors, trucks and trailers.

Responsibilities include hiring/training, scheduling, and performance coaching to ensure high standards and strong metrics. Supervisory role with growth potential within Penske.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years fleet maintenance management experience or 3 years of team management with strong operational metrics.
• Must be able to hire, train and develop vehicle maintenance technicians.
• Must understand DOT, OSHA and Penske safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customer needs and schedules.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs; monitor productivity.
• Oversee facility management to maintain a clean and safe environment.
