Job summary

IAP, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to assist in the daily vehicle maintenance operations. You will supervise technicians, monitor workloads, ensure quality, and train staff to meet company standards.

The role requires at least 7 years in the automotive industry, ASE certifications, a TWIC badge, and a valid driver’s license. Overtime and weekend work may be required in a port processing environment with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• TWIC badge required.
• DMV report with limited moving violations and no DUI required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• 7+ years of experience in automotive industry required.
• Master Technician Certification or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of four ASE certifications required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Own tools and willingness to maintain them.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in daily vehicle maintenance operations.
• Supervise vehicle maintenance staff and coordinate workloads.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of work performed.
• Provide training to employees as needed.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment.
• Communicate with management and customers regarding issues and future repairs.
• Review work orders and manage inventory of supplies and tools.
• Record daily operation outputs and monitor performance.
