Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and grow a skilled team in a fast-paced production environment. The role focuses on electrical, mechanical, PLC, and robotics maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman license or equivalent and experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

8+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience servicing production equipment.
Experience servicing and maintaining production equipment with a strong preventive maintenance mindset.
Supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
Journeyman license or equivalent certification preferred.
Strong ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach maintenance teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals.
Troubleshoot and repair motor control, drive systems, robotics, and automation equipment.
Perform routine inspections and manage time-sensitive work orders and emergency repairs.
Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to restore production.
Maintain safety practices and 5S standards in the workplace.
Coordinate cross-functional responses for critical issues and emergencies.
