Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience in a maintenance operations environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Maintenance/technical experience in a shop environment required.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan, schedule and assign work to technicians; track productivity.
• Labor management: train, develop and supervise assigned personnel; performance management.
• Customer management: manage customer relations, ensure uptime and satisfaction.
• Asset management: oversee shop appearance, equipment needs and tooling.
• Quality management: conduct inspections, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Financial management: control costs, payroll approval, POs, invoicing and reconciliations.
