Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow: planning, scheduling, assigning work to technicians, and RO review.
• Oversee labor management: coaching, performance of personnel.
• Maintain customer relationships: issue resolution and updates on status.
• Direct asset upkeep: shop cleanliness, tooling, and equipment needs.
• Control costs: budget adherence, payroll, PO approvals, invoicing.
