Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.

• Maintenance and technical shop experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: planning, scheduling, and prioritizing work.
• Labor management: training and performance oversight.
• Customer management: ensure uptime and satisfaction.
• Asset management: maintain shop standards and tooling.
• Quality management: inspections and corrective actions.
• Financial management: control costs and payroll approvals.
