Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two (2) years or more experience in an operations environment or demonstrated success in a Ryder role required.
• 0 to One (1) year Supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes labor at the shop, balancing straight time, OT and Outside Repair.
• Oversees scheduling, work assignments, productivity tracking and APS execution.
• Manages recruitment, onboarding, payroll and succession planning.
• Directs customer relationship management to ensure satisfaction and uptime.
• Maintains 6S standards and asset management at the shop.
