Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans by considering customer needs, unscheduled repairs, parts, technician skills and hours to maximize service and productivity.
• Communicate with customers for maintenance updates, schedule changes, billing concerns or to resolve service issues.
• Assure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Ensure parts are available for scheduled work.
• Hold outside vendors accountable for quality and schedule adherence.
• Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
• Assist with other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
