Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate outside repairs, and manage the shop work plan. The role focuses on maximizing customer service and productivity through daily workforce planning and clear communication with customers.

Qualifications include 2 years of customer service, at least 1 year of mechanical experience, and 2 years of supervisory or administration experience. DOT/OSHA safety compliance is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• At least 1 year of hands on mechanical experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of service department administration preferred.
• DOT/OSHA safety policies knowledge encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly workforce plans based on customer needs and available resources.
• Communicate maintenance updates and billing concerns with customers.
• Ensure Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers.
• Assist with parts availability and vendor coordination for outside work.
• Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan.
• Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary.
• Support supervisor with various projects and tasks.
