Qualifications

• Maintenance and technical shop experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: plan, schedule, assign work to technicians and track productivity.
• Labor Management: train and develop personnel; performance management.
• Customer Management: maintain customer relationships and ensure vehicle uptime; communicate PM scheduling and follow-ups.
• Asset Management: supervise shop appearance, tool/inventory, and equipment needs.
• Quality Management: conduct inspections, root-cause analysis, and ensure repair quality.
• Financial Management: manage maintenance costs, payroll approvals, PO/invoice reconciliation.
