Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to provide administrative support for the maintenance function and ensure cost-effective parts availability. The role tracks inventory levels, PM schedules, and maintenance on all units, entering data daily and coordinating with vendors for orders and payments.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, reconciling with accounting, and producing reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance / trucking industry.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and verify invoices for payment.
• Input fleet data into the fleet management system daily.
• Coordinate with vendors to order, receive and pay for parts and services.
• Prepare and route truck purchase orders for management approval.
