XKIG is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Specialist to oversee regional asset maintenance and repair programs. You will coordinate with mechanics, vendors, and internal shops to ensure timely, cost-effective service and reliable operations.

The role requires strong scheduling, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety, compliance, and data confidentiality. A high school diploma is required, and a background in fleet software like Mobi is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules for all assets within a geographical region.
• Coordinate with mechanics, third party vendors, and internal shops to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
• Communicate with operations on repair estimates and ETAs.
• Coordinate warranty and recall campaigns.
• Identify new vendors, analyzing service rates and plans.
• Order parts as necessary for various repairs.
