Job summary

XKIG is seeking a Fleet Support to assist the Fleet Department in keeping equipment clean, organized, and ready for field operations in Wakefield, VA. You will transport equipment, inspect arrivals, assist with parts runs, wash and detail vehicles, and help with shipping and receiving daily.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, safety, and clear communication with Fleet Technicians and Management. A high school diploma and admin experience are required; background checks and E-Verify

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven admin or assistant experience is required.
• Work in a shop environment and handle vehicle/ equipment logistics.

Responsibilities

• Keep shop and yard clean and organized.
• Transport equipment, vehicles and parts as requested.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment on arrival at the shop.
• Assist with parts running and pickup for job sites.
• Wash and detail vehicles and equipment prior to departure.
• Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment, parts and supplies.
• Perform other duties as required.
