Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to support and optimize maintenance operations. You will coordinate fleet maintenance schedules, manage service records, and ensure DOT and safety regulatory compliance to keep the fleet operating efficiently.

The role requires 1–3 years of maintenance admin experience, proficiency with MS Office and TMT maintenance software, and a strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of maintenance administrative experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating equipment and writing vehicle service records.
• Must manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fleet maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records for audits and DOT compliance.
• Generate preventive maintenance reports and track availability.
• Utilize TMT software for asset tracking and work orders.
• Assist in parts ordering, receiving and inventory management.
• Ensure documentation meets safety and quality standards.
• Identify efficiency improvements in maintenance workflows.
