Key duties include ensuring inventory control, utilizing ePro for transactions, and supporting the Fleet Manager with operational analysis while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a maintenance / trucking industry.
• 1 year of general office experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Ensure parts availability in a cost-effective manner.
• Maintain fleet inventory, PM/CM records for all units.
• Enter fleet data daily into the fleet management system.
• Act as point of contact with vendors for ordering and payments.
• Prepare truck purchase orders; assign GL codes; use ePro.
