Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to provide administrative support for the maintenance team in Northern Kentucky. The role includes maintaining fleet inventory, updating preventive maintenance schedules, and processing purchases and payments for parts and services.

The position requires related experience in a maintenance or trucking environment and at least one year of general office experience.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a maintenance / trucking industry.
• 1 year of general office experience or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet inventory records and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Input fleet data into the fleet management system daily.
• Process vendor orders and ensure payments.
• Prepare truck purchase orders and assign GL codes.
• Reconcile Dossier/financial data with Lawson GL and assist with reports.
• Produce productivity and usage reports for management.
