Job summary

PTSD Foundation of America’s Camp Hope is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage supply chain, storeroom, and vehicle fleet operations to ensure Veterans and staff have reliable access to essential goods and safe, timely transportation.

The role oversees inventory tracking, donation intake, fleet maintenance, daily transportation schedules, and driver safety training, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and compassionate service within the Camp Hope program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to perform essential functions.
• Class A CDL with Passenger Endorsement or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
• Two years of logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination experience.
• Proficiency in standard office software and inventory/donor management systems.
• Background check, drug test, and psychological evaluation as part of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage Camp Hope's inventory levels, storage, and organization.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee donation intake, sorting, and storage.
• Coordinate daily transportation schedules, shuttle rosters, and resident/staff travel.
• Maintain vehicle fleet records and conduct safety inspections and maintenance scheduling.
• Develop and deliver fleet driver safety education and certification.
