• Receive and organize grant-funded intake and applications; verify completeness.
• Communicate with applicants about requirements, status, and next steps.
• Maintain an accurate application-tracking system and ensure timely follow-up.
• Route complete applications to designated personnel for review and funding decisions.
• Maintain confidential grant and applicant records in both electronic and physical formats.
