Job summary

American Training is seeking a Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator in Andover, MA to manage fleet upkeep and readiness. You will coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and servicing, while working with vendors and internal teams to keep vehicles safe and available for daily programs.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced nonprofit environment. Our WOW!

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's Degree or related experience preferred.
• Experience in fleet maintenance, transportation, automotive service, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, and routine vehicle servicing.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and substitutions to support daily operations.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns and assist with resolving day-to-day fleet issues.
• Help ensure fleet compliance with RMV, MART, DDS, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
