Job summary

Bentley Truck Services, Inc. in Bensalem, PA is seeking a Lease Account Manager to drive sales for Truck Leasing & Rental operations in Philadelphia, PA. This role requires a hunter mindset and cultivation expertise to secure accounts in a competitive market.

You will cultivate relationships at multiple corporate levels, service prospects via Lease, Rental & Maintenance Services, and win fleet deals through strong negotiation and understanding of truck applications.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Truck Leasing and Rental Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Highly-detailed oriented skills to process truck specifications, orders, and lease contracts.

Responsibilities

• Self-starter leader requiring minimal supervision with an entrepreneurial attitude.
• Perform continuous weekly prospecting via cold calling, team calls, emails and sales blitzes.
• Cultivate relationships with in-person visits, proactive follow ups, demonstrations and presentations.
• Provide CRM daily reports and weekly/monthly pipeline updates to management.
• Generate sales and branch revenue growth through a sustained sales campaign and closings.
• Skillfully manage the sales process and develop customer buy-in for profitable closings.
• Retain and service existing customers, building trust through service.
• Identify fleet operators and develop prospects towards profitable Rental, Lease & Fleet Services.
• Collaborate with Service, Rental, and Sales Departments as a team.
• Manage account portfolio pertaining to receivables, annual reviews and fleet metrics.
• Understand truck specifications and capacities required per application.
