TA Dedicated specializes in dedicated truckload services that optimize customer supply chains and provide exclusive capacity to lower costs and improve business results. We serve as an integral part of the distribution system for many of our major customers.

The Dedicated Account Leader will oversee fleet management, load planning, and customer service for assigned accounts, driving safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service while managing driver performance and payroll inputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Transportation & Logistics.
• 1-2 years’ experience as an Account Manager or Customer Service Manager.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with customers and teams.
• Strong leadership capabilities and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and retain a team of drivers with a focus on safety and engagement.
• Assign workloads to meet service expectations and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor driver performance using KPIs and provide coaching.
• Develop load plans balancing client needs and network efficiency.
• Build relationships with accounts and proactively identify at-risk shipments.
• Negotiate carrier rates and manage service performance and reporting.
