TA Dedicated in Eagan, MN is seeking a Senior Dedicated Account Leader to oversee transportation operations, lead drivers, plan dispatch, and drive profitability. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on safety, service, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage daily dispatch, monitor KPIs, develop teams, and collaborate across departments to optimize equipment utilization and ensure compliance with DOT/OSHA standards while delivering exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and retain a team of drivers or oversee non-driving staff.
• Plan and dispatch the dedicated fleet work assignments.
• Serve as primary decision-maker for the company and customer interests.
• Generate reports on load weight, miles, and backhaul revenue to maximize usage.
• Manage P&L, accruals, billing, payroll, and adjustments to meet financial goals.
• Handle service issues and ensure on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve performance and training needs.
• Monitor driver training records and DOT/OSHA compliance.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and vendor invoice processes.
• Conduct customer reviews to understand needs and define value proposition.
• Negotiate vendor rates and communicate business needs to staff.
