TA Dedicated is seeking a dedicated account leader to oversee fleet operations, driver support, and customer service for Thomson, GA. You will plan, dispatch, and optimize daily operations, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction across accounts.

The role requires strong communication, prior account or customer service management experience, and familiarity with DOT/FMCSA regulations. You will collaborate with drivers, customers, and cross-functional teams to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Transportation and/or Logistics.
• Experience as an Account or Customer Service Manager.
• Knowledge of dedicated transportation operations, FMCSA, and DOT regulations.
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support drivers and staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and dispatch dedicated fleet operations.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Monitor load planning and fleet utilization.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for drivers.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
