Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of maintenance, operation and repair of vehicles and equipment.
• Proficient with diagnostic software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a technical advisor to shop and field mechanics for maintenance.
• Manages vehicle and equipment maintenance, repair, and safety practices.
• Assists with telematic systems and maintenance records tracking.
• Trains and coaches employees to uphold policies and collaborative culture.
• Supports management with budgets and equipment acquisitions/disposals.
