Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT regulations, federal and state standards.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with detail oriented work habits.
• Basic computer skills (Word & Excel).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads to drivers and plan trips.
• Track and trace all current loads in transit and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers regarding company and customer requirements.
• Liaise with CSC Manager, Asst. CSC Manager, and Customer Service Reps as required.
• Assist drivers in planning routes and loads to ensure safe, timely transit.
