Responsibilities

• Dispatch loads to customers and coordinate with drivers.
• Promote safety in all actions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Control and complete paperwork as required.
• Safely plan driver trips around loads and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with drivers on company and customer requirements.
• Relay issues to Customer Service when needed.
• Assist drivers in planning routes and building loads.
• Prioritize loads for timely delivery and track current loads.
• Assign loads to drivers in a fair and equitable manner.
• Assist with fuel transit planning and ELD hours management.
• Communicate with drivers during pickups, transit, and delivery check-ins.
• Monitor store inventories and maintain professional interactions with staff.
