• Dispatch loads with complete information, routing details, and fuel data.
• Contact customers to obtain directions, clarify requirements, and schedule appointments.
• Communicate with Customer Service about issues, delays, or changes affecting loads.
• Promote safety by aligning loads with drivers' hours and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate data entry related to loads, driver status, and dispatch activities.
• Support fleet management by balancing workload across ~3,540 drivers.
