Job summary

Transdev North America in Napa, California is seeking a Dispatcher to oversee road service, communicate with Operators, and deliver exemplary customer support while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by tracking trip performance, ensuring on-time trips and safe operations.
• Provide customer support by addressing questions and concerns about trips, no-shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators; liaison between carrier and emergency services.
• Review route performance daily and proactively respond to issues impacting service quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
