Qualifications

• 3-5 years of dispatching experience.
• Ability to obtain CDL.
• Bilingual English/Spanish beneficial.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service by tracking performance, route on-time and incidents.
• Provide customer support for questions, concerns, no-shows, cancellations, missed trips.
• Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators; liaison with emergency services.
