Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a dispatcher to join a fast-paced, on-site team in Sacramento. You will manage inbound service requests, assign field technicians, coordinate parts and towing when needed, and maintain accurate work orders from intake to completion.

The role requires a dispatch-focused background, strong phone skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with limited supervision. On-site schedule may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of dispatch, service coordination, or high-volume customer service experience.
• Dispatch experience in mobile repair, roadside assistance, towing, or trucking preferred.
• Clear, calm phone presence, including with stressed or frustrated callers.
• Ability to manage multiple active service requests, reprioritize quickly, and make decisions with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated ownership of outstanding tasks, including follow-up and timely escalation when needed.
• Willingness to participate in training, cross-training, coaching, and quality reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, dispatch systems and learning new software quickly.

Responsabilités

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and portal requests from fleet customers, drivers, and brokers.
• Triage each request by urgency and set clear expectations with the customer.
• Assign work based on technician availability, qualifications, location, and shift capacity; verify schedules.
• Track technicians and service trucks in real time and re-route as priorities change.
• Coordinate parts with the parts team and vendors; arrange towing when needed.
• Build and adjust the daily schedule for maintenance and inspections.
• Monitor open work orders; escalate delays and barriers as needed.
• Create and maintain accurate work orders in FleetIQ and other systems.
