Job summary

All Fleet Inc is seeking a dynamic Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative for a full-time, 1st shift role supporting a fleet of 100+ technicians. The dispatcher handles emergency and non-emergency calls, gathers key details, and dispatches mobile technicians to diagnose issues so trucks and trailers get back on the road quickly.

You will coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and field units, document call logs, and help manage national accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience handling stressful situations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Experience in dispatching or call center work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information.
• Respond to issues and coordinate with departments or field units.
• Plan efficient routes and use of techs to complete work.
• Operate a multi-line telephone console system.
• Prioritize calls by urgency and supervise field unit schedules.
• Maintain call logs and documentation.
• Communicate with drivers and mechanics about repairs and service needs.
• Investigate and resolve queries from national accounts.
