Job summary

Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher in Sacramento, CA to handle high-volume service coordination, intake, and quick decision-making for on-site fleet maintenance support. You will manage inquiries, schedule technicians, and ensure accurate documentation across FleetIQ and other systems.

The role requires clear communication, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatch or high-volume customer service experience.
• Dispatch experience in mobile repair, roadside assistance, towing, or trucking preferred.
• Clear, calm phone presence.
• Ability to manage multiple active service requests, reprioritize quickly, and make decisions with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated ownership of outstanding tasks, including follow‑up and timely escalation when assistance is needed.
• Willingness to participate in training, cross‑training, coaching, and quality reviews.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, dispatch systems and learning new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Service intake and prioritization: answer inbound requests, collect details, triage urgency, and set expectations.
• Dispatch and coordinate: assign work based on technician availability, track progress, and coordinate parts or towing as needed.
• Customer and technician communication: provide ETAs, relay findings, obtain approvals, and handle concerns.
• Work-order documentation and accuracy: create and maintain accurate work orders in FleetIQ and other systems, ensure proper notes and charges, and preserve records.
