Qualifications

• 1-3 years of dock leadership experience in Transportation/Logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with scanning devices and dispatch systems; MS Office familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor a team of drivers, fleet and equipment.
• Oversee operations to budget.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize service.
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA/OSHA compliance.
• Communicate with customers and on-site personnel.
• Complete timely reporting to corporate and customers.
• Lead training and development initiatives.
• Use KPIs to meet shipping schedules.
• Identify and solve real-time operational issues.
