You will supervise dispatch, loading/unloading, and documentation, participate in hiring, coach staff, and collaborate with management to achieve Penske goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect, build rapport and maintain relationships with associates and customers.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to actively listen and provide feedback.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change within operations.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and hourly associates at a single location to meet customer requirements and Penske goals.
• Schedule and coordinate daily operations, dispatch, and proper documentation control.
• Manage performance, coaching, and corrective actions up to written warnings.
• Participate in hiring and conduct team meetings to communicate standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate records and reporting.
