The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of quick decision-making in a structured logistics environment. Forklift experience and proficiency with Bearware/MS Office are a plus; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years related experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all drivers.
• Load/unload trailers of freight using a forklift.
• Assist with paperwork as directed.
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager and Logistics Supervisor to prevent quality control issues.
• Participate in weekly/monthly safety and compliance training.
• Walk the warehouse floor to identify issues and reassign routes as needed.
• Create and send daily hand-off reports to internal teams detailing issues and improvement suggestions.
• Perform other tasks as directed by management.
