Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of dock leadership experience in Transportation/Logistics preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA/OSHA regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and dispatch systems.
• Ability to identify real-time operational problems and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor a team of drivers and equipment.
• Oversee operations to budget and service performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with DOT/FMCSA/OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and on-site personnel.
• Report to corporate office and customers accurately and timely.
• Train and develop staff and implement performance indicators.
