Job summary

Pace Runners, Inc. in Port Allen, LA seeks a Logistics Coordinator to lead a local team, stay organized, and drive process improvements.

You will be the main contact for drivers, oversee loading/unloading of freight, and support paperwork with accuracy and urgency.

Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and Supervisor to ensure safety, on-time deliveries, and efficient route management in a busy warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for drivers.
• Load/unload trailers using a forklift.
• Assist with paperwork as directed.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager and Supervisor to prevent quality control issues.
• Walk the warehouse to identify issues and reassign routes.
