Republic Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician B to repair and maintain diesel and non-diesel equipment and trucks, including chassis, refuse bodies, brakes, engines, HVAC, suspension, and driveline.

You will perform on-site and on-road service to keep our fleet running and support drivers on routes. We value a proactive problem-solver with experience on Class 1-8 vehicles, basic mechanical skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualificações

• Ability to diagnose multi-system issues and repair diesel and gasoline equipment.
• 3-5 years of technician experience or completion of an automotive program.
• Valid driver's license; CDL and ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair vehicle components on-site and on the road.
• Maintain braking, steering, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic welding as needed.
• Complete company training and safety programs.
• Use electronic tools to identify malfunctions.
